This can therefore run roughshod. After a conversation you are left with a bitter feeling, an email that comes in in the evening keeps you awake all night, a glance during the meeting makes you doubt your own abilities.
There are many elements that influence the degree to which communication is perceived as clear. In these sessions, I zoom in on these elements together with the group, and on the basis of very practical handles, space is offered to communicate efficiently(er).

The session includes several components:

during the session is deployed on group interaction. Insights from the workshop host are interspersed with illustrations, cases and a number of practical assignments, which are reflected on in a group setting. This also stimulates interconnectedness.
